A take-out only fundraiser to benefit the Rostraver & Smithton Public Libraries. Includes stuffed chop, mashed potatoes, green beans, Cole slaw, roll and dessert. Tickets are available at Rostraver Library. The cost is $20.00 per ticket. Pick up location is Gary's Chuck Wagon in West Newton, PA.
